I had no idea occupational therapy was so important to school-age children until I read an article in your newsletter. I had my child tested during her kindergarten year because she couldn’t do jumping jacks, had poor handwriting, and was very clumsy. Now in first grade, she has received top marks in all academic and social skills areas. She can sit in circle time now without fidgeting.
